Downflo Oval Dust Collectors
The Donaldson Torit Downflo® Oval cartridge dust and fume collector now sets the standard for industrial dust collection – by providing a 25% increase in airflow capacity, improved airflow path, and a 29% increase in pulse cleaning pressure. These compact, high-efficiency units use high efficiency oval-shaped cartridge filters, especially well-suited for filtering the sub-micron dust. There are 26 Downflo Oval cartridge dust collectors models including 3 self-contained, “plug and play” units: DFO 1-1, DFO 2-2, and DFO 3-3.
Downflo Workstation
Donaldson Torit Downflo® WorkStations are flexible, modular, self-contained collectors that provide more filtration capability than other same-sized cartridge dust and fume collectors. DWS has several distinct features that prominently sets it apart — such as ledgeless construction, unique oval-shaped Ultra-Web® cartridge dust collector filters, and reversible inlets. 2 base-power modules provide the building blocks for more airflow capacity and larger model variations. Requires no hoods or ductwork, and recirculates clean air for energy savings.
Downflo II Dust Collectors
The Donaldson Torit Downflo® II cartridge dust and fume collector revolutionized dust collection in the 1980’s with a proprietary downward airflow design that delivers high filtration efficiency. DFT has ledgeless construction, so is often chosen for agglomerative applications. DFT continues its strong performance in traditional applications such as metalworking. It also generates interest and respect in process applications where ledgeless construction is often a requirement.
Vibra Shake Dust CollectorDFT
The Donaldson Torit Vibra Shake is a self-cleaning collector for intermittent applications where high collection efficiency is essential, such as reclaiming precious metals. The VS contains a two-stage cartridge for high-efficiency filtration on both coarse and fine dusts. Its compact, self-contained collector design allows placement flexibility and saves floor space and ships preassembled for easy, low-cost installation without need for compressed air. Continues its strong performance in traditional applications such as metalworking. It also generates interest and respect in process applications where ledgeless construction is often a requirement.
Downdraft Bench
The Donaldson Torit Downdraft Bench is a self-contained dust collector used in grinding and finishing operations. The Downdraft Bench uses Fibra-Web® FR filter cartridges featuring nanofiber technology, provide higher filtration efficiency and long filter life. Even air distribution provides effective dust control over the entire work surface. Ambient Air Tubesheet
The Donaldson Torit Ambient Air Tubesheet is a unique filtration unit designed to be a pre-filter in existing or built-up air handling and HVAC systems. AA Tubesheets offer excellent alternatives in industrial environments where ambient dust loading is too high for standard HVAC panel-type filters.
Torit Bin Vent
The Donaldson Torit Bin Vent applies cartridge dust collector technology to continuous-duty, bin venting applications. It is typically used to vent displaced air and harmful products in bins or silos. The Bin Vent is compact in design, easy to install, eliminates ductwork and reduces installation expense. Standard Ultra-Web® cartridge filters, with nanofiber technology, provide higher filtration efficiency and longer filter life.
TD Dust Collectors
The Donaldson Torit TD is a continuous-duty style cartridge dust and fume collector using pulse-jet technology for on-line filter cleaning. TD collectors offer efficient filtration for applications ranging in size from 300 – 2000 cfm. TD often need only 75% of the headroom other collectors need, and are easy to operate and maintain.
Weld Fume Collectors
In welding operations, workers are in a daily contact with harmful weld fume particulate because weld fume is made up of 30 to 80 percent submicron-sized particles. That means that most of these particles are respirable (enter the lungs), which makes it critical to have reliable, high performance fume collectors, weld fume extraction and weld smoke filters that collect the fume before it reaches your welder’s breathing zone.
